Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and maintain automated workflows and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Contribute to Copilot Studio agents, agent flows, and AI Builder document-processing automations.
- Work with Dataverse, connectors, APIs, SharePoint lists, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Participate in process walkthroughs and workshops, documenting current and future-state processes and requirements.
- Produce solution design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and support existing automations and RPA bots affected by application or UI changes.
- Participate in unit testing, pre-UAT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, ALM, and change-management activities.
Requirements
- Around one year of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including internships or academic and personal projects.
- Experience mainly with Power Automate cloud flows and Power Apps, including canvas or model-driven apps.
- Basic understanding of requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and support.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of Power Fx and basic logic; exposure to REST APIs, JSON, or SQL is a plus.
- Curiosity about generative AI and AI agents, with willingness to learn Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Interest in combining Business Analysis and Developer responsibilities and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, logical-thinking, attention-to-detail, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
- Preferred: exposure to Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, prompt-based actions, or AI-assisted development tools.
- Preferred: Microsoft PL-900 or PL-200 certification, or interest in obtaining certifications.
