Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a coherent design system covering components, spacing, typography, and color.
- Lead frontend implementation, set frontend direction, review implementations against design intent, and write production code.
- Understand customer workflows, advocate for users, form opinions on solutions, and drive execution.
- Design data-dense interfaces that surface complex, high-volume medical data while making layout and performance tradeoffs.
Requirements
- Produce considered and defensible Figma designs with clear opinions on typography, hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
- Demonstrate strong React fluency, including component architecture, rendering behavior, and state management.
- Apply pragmatic judgment about what to polish and what to ship.
- Bring an entrepreneurial, low-ego, high-ownership mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
