Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of functional workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Execute end-to-end delivery of enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules.
- Identify trends through root cause analysis to ensure platform stability.
- Consult with cross-functional teams to finalize technical designs and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Flow Designer and Script Includes.
- Hands-on implementation experience in at least one core product (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM).
- Proficiency in managing complex data migrations and building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
