Base Salary
$110k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a scalable, high-performance backend for new products.
- Provide technical leadership and raise the bar for the team.
- Choose appropriate technologies and set coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and offer technical mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer.
- Proficiency in Python-based backend development.
- Proficiency in SQL, preferably with SQLAlchemy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong product sense and user perspective.
- A strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Strong mentorship skills.
- Must be in the PST or MST time zone.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
