Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack data science solutions that convert complex datasets into actionable client insights.
- Build exploratory and descriptive analyses, statistical models, and data visualizations for business decision-making.
- Design and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data quality checks for analytics workflows.
- Apply machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques to client challenges.
- Translate business questions into technical requirements and analytical approaches aligned with project goals.
- Review workstreams for accuracy, consistency, firm methodology, and technical standards.
- Guide junior team members through problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and delivery tasks.
- Build client relationships and adapt analytical approaches to changing business priorities.
- Apply frontend architecture, backend engineering, full-stack system design, API design patterns, database optimization, code review leadership, and system architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- At least 4 years of experience is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
- Preferred fields of study include artificial intelligence and robotics, business analytics, computer and information science, computer engineering, computer programming, data processing, analytics, data science, engineering, information technology, machine learning, management information systems, mathematics, statistics, and systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack engineering tools and techniques and data science methods is preferred.
- Experience building client relationships, managing workstreams, mentoring junior team members, and communicating complex technical concepts is preferred.
