Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance frontend features using JavaScript, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
- Translate UI designs, wireframes, and user workflows into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and API-driven environments.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, scalability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Support Node.js and Fastify backend-for-frontend integrations where required.
- Contribute to headless and API-first frontend implementations for e-commerce platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, linting, CI integration, and other quality practices.
- Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and QA teams while following established delivery processes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of frontend development experience is required.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, React, HTML, CSS, SASS, and SCSS.
- Experience building single-page or multi-page applications and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Storybook in Next.js/React environments.
- Knowledge of Figma, Azure DevOps, the DOM, responsive development, functional JavaScript, Promises, and Closures.
- Working knowledge of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates.
- Good-to-have experience with SonarQube, Fastify, BFF integrations, monorepo architecture, SSR, and CSR.
- Exposure to WCAG accessibility standards, ARIA attributes, and keyboard navigation.
- Strong UI development and integration experience for web or mobile applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, independent working, and attention-to-detail skills.
