Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for text generation, question answering, rating, sentiment analysis, and summarization.
- Develop architectures for advanced AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Analyze prompt and agent performance using metrics, evaluation frameworks, experiments, and user feedback.
- Benchmark agentic workflows and incorporate advancements in NLP and Generative AI.
- Improve reliability at scale by reducing hallucinations and increasing output consistency across customer interactions.
- Document prompt architectures, system behaviors, and testing methodologies for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate user needs into AI workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, AI Engineer, or in a similar LLM- and Generative-AI-focused role.
- Hands-on experience designing and building AI agent and multi-agent workflow architectures using frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
- Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, and LLM evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with natural language processing concepts and current AI research.
- Strong analytical skills and experience designing experiments, analyzing prompt performance, and iterating based on data.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
