Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, test suites, and test scripts.
Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and test analysts to build quality into software through continuous testing, code-level validation, and automation.
Execute and enhance unit, component, API, performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing strategies.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and scalable software releases.
Analyze test results, identify quality risks, recommend improvements, and drive continuous quality initiatives across Agile development teams.

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 4 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, or software development.
Strong programming and scripting skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, Groovy, or SQL.
Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and integrating testing solutions within CI/CD environments.
Experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development, and Behavior Driven Development.
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, at least 6 years of experience designing automated testing strategies, and experience with performance, load, security, API, mobile, and service virtualization testing tools.
