Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end AI agents for customs compliance, document processing, exception management, and other logistics workflows.
- Work across organizational boundaries to understand problems, align stakeholders, and deliver solutions.
- Move rapidly from ideas to production and use deployments as learning opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with operators, domain experts, and leadership to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
- Own work from problem definition through production deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience building with LLMs in production, side projects, or other contexts.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to identify valuable problems to build for.
- Fluency with LLM agent patterns, RAG, prompt engineering, tool use, and evaluation.
- Full-stack capability with TypeScript and Next.js.
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication and ability to work across teams and disciplines.
- Preferred experience with workflow orchestration such as Temporal.
- Preferred experience building internal tools or operator-facing applications.
