Responsibilities

Contribute as a senior developer across technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects.
Design new functionalities and solutions for insurance digital platforms.
Optimize existing processes and system components.
Create prototypes and proofs of concept for new or improved modules.
Communicate with onsite coordinators and collaborate with international Agile project teams.
Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
Mentor project team members and guide other developers.
Research technological possibilities and analyze technology trends.
Travel to customer locations as needed and participate in organization-wide people initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
Experience developing with the Jutro Digital Platform or Guidewire Portals, including CustomerEngage or ProducerEngage.
Good understanding of SCSS, JavaScript ES6, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Understanding of at least one Guidewire InsuranceSuite product.
Awareness of clean coding practices and design patterns.
Strong communication and excellent business communication skills.
Ability to work independently as a Guidewire Portal Senior Developer and guide other team members.
Hands-on TypeScript and React experience is preferred.
French language skills are considered an asset.
