Responsibilities
- Contribute as a senior developer across technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects.
- Design new functionalities and solutions and optimize existing processes and system components.
- Create prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations for new or improved modules.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and support client project goals.
- Mentor project team members and guide other developers.
- Research technological possibilities and analyze technology trends.
- Participate in organization-wide people initiatives and travel to customer locations when needed.
Requirements
- Experience developing with Jutro Digital Platform or Guidewire Portals such as CustomerEngage or ProducerEngage.
- Understanding of SCSS, JavaScript ES6, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of a Guidewire InsuranceSuite product.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
- Strong communication and business communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React is preferred.
- French language skills are a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently as a Guidewire Portal Senior Developer and willingness to guide team members and expand technical skills.
