Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack applications in a professional product-based environment.
- Independently own and deliver features or systems across sprint and release cycles.
- Develop backend services using Java, Python, or Node.js/NestJS, including performance tuning, memory management, and concurrency work.
- Build modern React frontends with routing, state management, server-side rendering frameworks where applicable, and performance optimization.
- Deploy and operate applications on GCP or Azure using containers, serverless services, messaging, IAM, and cost-aware practices.
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL data stores, including schemas, indexes, queries, and data models.
- Design scalable and resilient systems using caching, load balancing, and event-driven architecture.
- Design versioned REST or GraphQL APIs with backward compatibility.
- Implement unit, integration, and contract testing.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Prototype and integrate AI-driven features using RAG architectures, LLM application frameworks, and agentic or multi-agent systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping full-stack applications in a professional product-based environment.
- Ability to independently own and deliver features or systems across sprint and release cycles.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one modern backend stack: Java, Python, or Node.js/NestJS.
- Strong experience with React and SSR-based frontend frameworks, including routing, state management, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of GCP or Azure and production cloud deployments.
- Strong SQL fundamentals and working knowledge of at least one NoSQL database.
- Experience designing scalable and resilient systems with caching, load balancing, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Git, REST or GraphQL APIs, and unit, integration, and contract testing.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
- Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures and practical experience with an LLM application framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Google GenAI tools.
- Exposure to agentic or multi-agent AI systems, including agent roles, tool use, memory, and workflow orchestration.
