Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend code and command-line interfaces using Python and C++.
- Refactor legacy scripts to support Linux and Windows environments, including WSL2.
- Work with JSON, XML, and YAML serialization formats to improve data interoperability between simulation tools.
- Write automated validation scripts and run them in Jenkins pipelines.
- Improve internal developer experience through exception handling, clear error messages, and user fix hints.
- Write unit tests and assist with automated stress testing of software packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational skills in Python and/or C++.
- Comfort working in Linux and Windows command-line environments.
- Familiarity with Git and basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Basic knowledge of configuration files and data structures, including YAML and JSON.
- Familiarity with Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).
- Basic knowledge of EDA tools, SystemC, or hardware simulation workflows.
- Experience writing bash scripts or working with build automation tools.
- Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are considered.
