Base Salary
$107k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of customer-focused product features with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to refine requirements and scope technical solutions.
- Write, review, and maintain clean, scalable, well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and help ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Identify and solve technical challenges collaboratively with the team.
- Share knowledge through paired programming, team discussions, and technical documentation.
- Customize and improve tools, models, harnesses, and processes to increase development effectiveness.
- Use agentic AI tools daily by delegating real work, verifying results, and improving development workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks, technologies, and common patterns.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as DataDog.
- Daily hands-on experience building with agentic AI tools beyond autocomplete or chat.
- Ability to solve problems and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow as part of the team.
- Preferred experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails.
- Preferred familiarity with GraphQL API optimization, scalable distributed systems, and background processing frameworks such as Sidekiq and Active Jobs.
