Responsibilities
- Manage, administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize the IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) system landscape, including server administration.
- Translate global business requirements from stakeholders, corporate controllers, and financial analysts into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, build, and enhance TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and TurboIntegrator processes for enterprise planning and reporting.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces within Planning Analytics and ensure robust data integrations and flows with corporate systems.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation while establishing best practices and adhering to governance standards.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a finance systems, financial planning, or consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in multidimensional data modeling, particularly with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including TurboIntegrator, rules, and MDX.
- Solid understanding of relational databases.
- Experience with Anaplan or Lucanet is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of corporate FP&A and accounting processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or German.
