Base Salary
$85k - $121k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementation engagements from onboarding through go-live.
- Design and implement SDK and API integrations and technical solutions.
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, blockers, and stakeholder alignment.
- Engage customer stakeholders and translate business and technical requirements into implementation plans.
- Coordinate with customer product and engineering teams, agencies, and third-party partners.
- Document stakeholder roles, technical requirements, and integration details for post-project handoff.
- Drive early adoption, define KPIs and success metrics, and improve customer time to value.
- Deliver customer-specific enablement training and workshops.
- Advocate customer use cases to product development and maintain knowledge of Braze platform capabilities.
- Improve delivery and technical processes across Expert Services engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in implementations, technical consulting, or customer success.
- Experience spanning project delivery and hands-on technical work.
- Technical depth in APIs, SDKs, or related integration work.
- Interest or hands-on experience with SaaS, mobile, marketing automation, analytics, or programming such as HTML.
- Strong project management, analytical problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfort building with AI tools to accelerate workstreams and improve efficiency.
