Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop ServiceNow software products and applications associated with customer-defined systems.
- Configure requested items and tasks using Flow Designer to manage processes and meet business requirements.
- Design, create, and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and related ServiceNow components.
- Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration testing.
- Participate in customer requirements workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demonstrations, retrospectives, and daily development updates.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, stakeholders, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of applicable experience are required.
- Intermediate understanding of ServiceNow and intermediate programming skills are required.
- Experience interacting with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Developers is required.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence is required.
- Ability to attain DHS EOD is required.
- At least one of the following certifications is required: Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, CSM, or a similar area.
- Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response, is desired.
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management is desired.
