Base Salary
$154k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance full-stack user experiences for discovering, organizing, and optimizing access to large datasets.
- Rapidly prototype, test with users, and iterate on LLM- and agent-powered workflows for data engineering and information retrieval.
- Develop AI-driven product features and integrate agentic components with internal tools such as Slack and alerting systems.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve product functionality and development workflows.
- Own AI solutions through design, production delivery, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with user workflows.
- Collaborate across the team and with internal data teams to shape, validate, and dogfood new capabilities.
Requirements
- Track record of building user-facing experiences that balance utility and user delight.
- Strong experience building production-grade software that is actively used by customers or other users.
- Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and applications powered by generative AI.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Ability to make UI design decisions, handle complex engineering problems, work through ambiguity, and drive projects independently.
- Strong communication, collaboration, product judgment, experimentation, and ownership skills.
- Preferred: experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows.
- Preferred: experience as a data analyst or with data platforms such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, or DataBricks.
- Preferred: experience building tools for data engineering.
