Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement robust Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Lead end-to-end development cycles from requirements gathering to release management.
Define and enforce Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Serve as a technical expert and mentor for other Salesforce developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Optimize the data model and configurations for performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across Salesforce environments.
Lead code reviews and technical design reviews.
Introduce new technologies and processes to improve development efficiency.

4-7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce fundamentals.
Proven experience architecting and scaling CRM systems from a greenfield environment.
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
Hands-on experience with API development and integrations.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Ability to drive complex technical initiatives with minimal direction.
Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II are preferred.
