Responsibilities
- Develop and redevelop enterprise solutions primarily in C# for Solera’s product portfolio.
- Build core platform systems supporting enterprise APIs, authentication, and agentic workflows.
- Deliver full-stack solutions end to end, independently or collaboratively.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate software development, with GitHub Copilot preferred.
- Write and ship tested code, including automated integration tests.
- Upskill development teams and hand over new codebases and solutions to product team members.
- Communicate with existing product teams and brief stakeholders.
- Contribute to DevOps pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a senior software engineering role.
- Extensive hands-on full-stack development experience with C#, T-SQL, and React.
- Ability to design and deliver projects with significant autonomy and responsibility.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Practical experience using current AI technologies to accelerate development.
- Ability to rapidly develop and ship tested code.
- Solid experience writing automated integration tests, ideally in a BDD style.
- Familiarity with enterprise Java applications is desirable.
- Team lead experience is desirable.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in the enterprise is desirable.
- Experience with process automation is desirable.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, especially GitHub Actions and Jenkins, is desirable.
