Base Salary
$320k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions supporting user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments for onboarding, feature adoption, subscription conversion, and product experience optimization
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and translate them into technical requirements
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product managers to scale AI-powered tools
Requirements
- Experience with user growth, including acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization, or experience in a revenue-focused organization such as ads
- Full-stack development experience with web/React and backend systems
- Experience with data analysis and experimentation frameworks
- Data-driven problem-solving skills focused on user behavior and metrics
- Preferred: 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
