Responsibilities
- Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily.
- Perform capacity planning and design runner architecture for changing load patterns.
- Improve GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and manage cluster state across environments.
- Advance supply chain security through SAST and artifact attestation.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems across network, application, and system layers.
- Build and maintain infrastructure tooling using software development skills.
- Collaborate across a small, distributed team and document technical work clearly.
Requirements
- Strong Kubernetes experience, including tuning and troubleshooting on-premises Linux systems under real load.
- Hands-on CI/CD experience; GitLab CI experience is a plus.
- Practical GitOps experience, ideally with ArgoCD.
- Software development skills in Python, Golang, or Rust.
- Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
- DevSecOps and supply chain security experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
