Technical Lead - GenAI Security

- Develop new security capabilities for the organization’s generative AI ecosystem.
- Connect security tools to the generative AI gateway and implement synchronous and asynchronous control strategies.
- Design, architect, and implement data protection and threat-mitigation services.
- Plan continuous improvements to application technology stacks, service evolution, and team operational efficiency.
- Research and propose improvements for generative AI security through applied research.
- Build protection components against direct and indirect prompt injection, conversational drift, hallucinations, moderation issues, and instruction-hardening concerns.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing and resolving complex technical problems in large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience researching, managing, and developing backend software projects, user interfaces, or service integrations.
- Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java or Go.
- University education in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of information security principles and vulnerability mitigation applied to large language models.
