Base Salary
$93k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage technical relationships with POS providers and restaurant groups across regional and global markets.
- Own technical discovery, deployment, and execution for individual and scaled partner engagements.
- Support pre-sales technical conversations for Enterprise and Strategic Sales Engineering.
- Handle escalated technical requests, diagnose production issues, and drive them through resolution.
- Perform configuration changes, deployments, and product expansions.
- Develop workarounds, scalable solutions, automation tools, and scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and external partners.
- Document partner feedback, prioritize feature requests, and improve product reliability and internal production standards.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets for timely resolution.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of customer-facing technical support, technical operations, or technical account management experience.
- Experience managing technical projects or coordinating implementations.
- Experience with POS systems, restaurant technology, or delivery platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience working with production systems in cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with at least one programming language; JavaScript or Python preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, high-level software architecture concepts, monitoring tools, and production systems.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Strong ownership, organization, escalation management, cross-functional collaboration, and process-improvement skills.
