Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to identify and implement system improvements.
Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment across the software development life cycle.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications such as ERP and data platforms.
Monitor performance, maintain the system, and troubleshoot production issues.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within Salesforce and related systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
Assist with end-user training and provide technical support.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and deployment practices, including Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
Understanding of data modeling, user management, security models, and automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
Experience with third-party tools and AppExchange applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator are preferred.
