Responsibilities
- Design and implement Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and Autolaunched Salesforce Flows.
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Build reusable Apex classes, Triggers, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, Test Classes, and Lightning Web Components.
- Apply Salesforce best practices for bulkification, governor limits, security, performance optimization, code quality, and maintainability.
- Implement business processes and automation in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other Salesforce integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot application issues, production defects, and performance-related problems.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and code reviews.
- Support deployments using Salesforce CLI/SFDX, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, architects, business analysts, QA, technical teams, and other engineers.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Flow, customization and configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, governor limits, bulkification, performance optimization, and development best practices.
- Experience developing unit tests and maintaining reusable, scalable, optimized, and maintainable code.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and collaborate effectively with analysts, business stakeholders, technical leads, and engineers.
- Knowledge of Salesforce releases, features, design trends, and Salesforce AI features is valued.
- Knowledge of no-code or low-code Salesforce approaches is valued.
