Responsibilities
- Develop a pragmatic, implementation-oriented architecture vision and contribute to overarching architecture.
- Develop and refine architecture concepts, principles, target models, and decision bases.
- Translate architecture into concrete organizational and technical requirements for platforms and central services.
- Specify and evaluate central services against functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support the creation and prioritization of an actionable architecture roadmap.
- Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture, platform architectures, and implementation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT architecture.
- Proven expertise in AI and GenAI architectures in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and risks including prompt injection, data leakage, and hallucinations.
- Experience with Security-by-Design, particularly Identity and Access Management, data classification, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Experience establishing AI governance covering roles, processes, compliance, risk classification, and regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act and DSG.
- Ability to communicate complex architecture concepts appropriately to different audiences and translate them into technical and organizational solutions.
- Very good German proficiency at C1/C2 level and good English proficiency.
