Base Salary
$146k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, scale, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Node.js
- Design, build, and integrate APIs and backend services for product functionality and system integrations
- Deliver complex, production-ready features through QA and resolve bugs, risks, and technical roadblocks
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain codebase consistency and quality
- Document and communicate technical decisions through design documents, technical talks, and documentation
- Mentor junior engineers through pairing, feedback, pull request reviews, and one-on-ones
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, management, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience/flexible educational background
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience working with React and Node.js
- Hands-on full-stack engineering experience across backend, frontend, and DevOps responsibilities
- Ability to communicate technical decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and own features end to end
