Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain embedded software and firmware for microcontroller-based systems.
  • Design real-time applications using RTOS.
  • Implement and troubleshoot SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN communication protocols.
  • Use PX4 or ArduPilot autopilot software for development and integration.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers on software and hardware integration.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues and bugs.
  • Use Git for version control and collaborate on code management.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming.
  • Experience with microcontrollers and RTOS.
  • Familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN communication protocols.
  • Proficiency with Git for version control.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred experience with PX4 or ArduPilot, autopilot software development, aerospace, UAV, robotics, defense, or industrial automation.
  • Knowledge of hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers is advantageous.
