Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Evolve Hex's execution architecture for user notebooks.
- Drive parallel execution strategies and caching approaches.
- Instrument systems to diagnose performance problems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on new capabilities.
- Author and review technical proposals and mentor engineers.
- Propose long-term designs with clear milestones.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong focus on computation, performance, and systems architecture.
- Experience with parallel execution and caching strategies.
- Proven track record in solving large-scale systems design problems.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions and roadmap designs.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
