Responsibilities
- Own the AI-powered reporting and insights strategy from data ingestion through executive delivery.
- Lead the Data Integrations and Enablement Platform, including reporting architecture, pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Integrate business intelligence, metrics, and AI-assisted reporting into a connected reporting capability.
- Design and implement LLM-powered reporting workflows using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic pipelines.
- Evaluate and integrate enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Anthropic solutions.
- Establish governance, validation, accuracy monitoring, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI standards for executive-facing outputs.
- Partner with senior leadership on the insights roadmap, investment priorities, and future-state reporting model.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching across the reporting ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree, 12 years with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering, pipeline development, analytics, and AI/ML integration.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building or deploying AI/ML or LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or agentic workflows.
- At least 2 years of experience with an enterprise AI platform such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Preferred experience leading cross-functional data or analytics programs at a Principal level or equivalent scope.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI systems, natural-language analytics interfaces, AI output governance, and real-time or event-driven data patterns.
- Preferred familiarity with Spark, Flink, Iceberg, Snowflake, Databricks, or Delta Lake.
- Strong executive communication skills and working knowledge of responsible AI principles, including explainability, auditability, and trust.
