Responsibilities

  • Facilitate long-term relationships with prospects to drive Klaviyo's market position.
  • Conduct technical discovery around customer architectures and challenges.
  • Host technical workshops to align solutions with business outcomes.
  • Architect and execute Proof of Value plans to secure technical selection.
  • Support product alignment by representing customer needs to internal teams.
  • Educate sales team members and clients as a technical subject matter expert.
  • Transform workflows by integrating AI into systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture.
  • 10+ years in the Agency or Marketing Technology space.
  • Knowledge of web development languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and customer data platforms.
  • Proven ability to adapt to the evolving technical landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in professional or personal projects.
