Responsibilities
- Facilitate long-term relationships with prospects to drive Klaviyo's market position.
- Conduct technical discovery around customer architectures and challenges.
- Host technical workshops to align solutions with business outcomes.
- Architect and execute Proof of Value plans to secure technical selection.
- Support product alignment by representing customer needs to internal teams.
- Educate sales team members and clients as a technical subject matter expert.
- Transform workflows by integrating AI into systems and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture.
- 10+ years in the Agency or Marketing Technology space.
- Knowledge of web development languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and customer data platforms.
- Proven ability to adapt to the evolving technical landscape.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools in professional or personal projects.
