Responsibilities
- Lead technical investigation and architecture for agentic AI use cases that improve IT efficiency and end-user experience.
- Build, configure, and maintain AI agents for IT incidents, service requests, and employee self-service.
- Design and operate agentic workflows with branching, retries, timeouts, approvals, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.
- Develop agentic applications and execution flows for repeatable ITSM and infrastructure automations.
- Configure AI functions for classification, enrichment, summarization, and extraction with validation and safe writeback controls.
- Implement and maintain MCP, API, webhook, and event-driven integrations across ITSM, identity, endpoint, and collaboration systems.
- Build and curate governed, relevant, and up-to-date knowledge sources for AI agents, including structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Monitor dashboards, agent interaction traces, workflow logs, and analytics to improve operational performance.
- Troubleshoot API integrations, authentication failures, and automation workflow issues.
- Partner with information security teams on least-privilege access, API key management, auditability, and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership for automation, enablement, and self-service tooling that reduces incidents and service requests.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer or AI Ops Engineer.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes, including incidents, requests, changes, and SLAs.
- Hands-on experience with an agentic AI studio covering agents, workflows, apps, AI functions, integrations, triggers, interactions, and model administration.
- Deep experience integrating enterprise tools such as Nexthink, Zoom Contact Center, Okta, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and similar ITSM, identity, and observability tools.
- Experience with JavaScript and automation scripting; Python or PowerShell is a plus.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, authentication, retries, timeouts, and idempotency.
- Experience with prompt engineering, conversational AI, knowledge ingestion pipelines, Microsoft Graph API, OAuth 2.0, event-driven integrations, webhooks, and asynchronous workflows.
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication, teamwork, stakeholder collaboration, and technology decision-making skills.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Rezolve.ai, ServiceNow Agentic AI, Moveworks, Aisera, Kore.ai, or similar platforms.
- Preferred experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, retrieval-augmented generation architecture, and vector databases.
