Responsibilities
- Drive architectural vision and strategy for enterprise functionality.
- Identify and implement strategic technical improvements to the codebase.
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers on engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to define features and review customer feedback.
Requirements
- Solid architectural and security knowledge with experience in distributed systems.
- Experience collaborating with external teams on successful projects.
- Strong mentoring and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Node.js (JavaScript or TypeScript) for backend services.
- Experience building frontend and full-stack applications, including SPAs and React.
- Good understanding of SQL databases and performance optimization.
- Experience with Docker and cloud environments (AWS and Azure preferred).
- Proven experience operating services at scale with observability tools.
