Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce Sales Cloud development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flows.
- Configure and customize Salesforce functionality.
- Assist with bug fixes, testing, and technical support.
- Implement improvements to sales processes involving leads, opportunities, and reporting.
- Support Experience Cloud Community initiatives under team guidance.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users.
- Follow development standards and documentation practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Apex, programming logic, Lightning Web Components or willingness to learn, automation Flows, and Salesforce data models.
- Basic knowledge of governor limits, the Salesforce security and sharing model, and Apex testing fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of REST API integrations and current Salesforce stack practices.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proactive attitude and interest in software development.
- Required SFMC certification.
- Salesforce certification or current pursuit of certification is preferred.
- Experience with academic projects, internships, or Trailhead is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of integrations and APIs is preferred.
