Base Salary

$94k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-enabled applications and services.
  • Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models.
  • Create data pipelines, model-training workflows, and inference services.
  • Integrate AI models into production applications, operational processes, enterprise systems, and manufacturing platforms.
  • Develop AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts and transition successful prototypes into production systems.
  • Monitor model performance, reliability, security, and responsible AI compliance.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, DevOps, and software release processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and software engineers on end-to-end AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with 0 years of related work experience, or bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with large language models and Retrieval Augmented Generation.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, Snowflake, or manufacturing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS, or other cloud AI services.
  • Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and MLOps practices.
