Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and launch of data acquisition and transport services for data center infrastructure.
  • Build features and application software using distributed systems and cloud technologies.
  • Ensure sufficient testing and software quality before delivery.
  • Participate in the production on-call rotation and resolve customer issues.
  • Drive engineering best practices and develop simple, reliable solutions for customers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
