Base Salary
$100k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance controller firmware for volatile and non-volatile memory systems, memory controllers, and Solid State Drives.
- Evaluate, design, build, bench test, debug, and perform failure analysis for firmware and memory products.
- Develop structured source code targeting embedded environments and perform design verification through simulation and product testing.
- Validate customer requirements and investigate firmware-related system failures.
- Develop new test tools and methods and focus on firmware quality in target applications.
- Collaborate with system test, failure analysis, hardware design, product, memory design, tools, and production engineering teams.
- Develop firmware for NVMe protocols and Enterprise SSD products, including front-end SSD interfaces.
- Participate in Scrum/Agile processes, distributed code reviews, and technical documentation for internal and industry standards.
