Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term technical roadmap for corporate security architecture.
- Develop resilient identity controls aligned with IAM best practices.
- Design fleet security strategies for thousands of devices.
- Lead the design and deployment of SASE and ZTNA networks.
- Build high-signal threat detection pipelines and design security data lakes.
- Secure internal cloud environments and implement SaaS Security Posture Management tools.
- Set standards for code quality and infrastructure-as-code within the security team.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and lead architecture reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering or Architecture roles.
- Proven track record of leading multi-quarter, cross-functional engineering projects.
- Expert-level understanding of IAM architecture and Zero Trust principles.
- Deep technical experience with SASE/ZTNA solutions and enterprise EDR platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go.
- Strong executive communication skills for justifying technical decisions.
