Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and integrate APIs for statistical models and machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models in production.
- Integrate backend services with Azure cloud components.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Optimize application performance for high-volume data processing.
- Develop automated testing and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI framework.
- Experience with REST API design and Pydantic models.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services and Databricks.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in implementing authentication and API security mechanisms.
- Ability to write modular, maintainable code following best practices.
