Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship a feature or improvement within Ditto's platform.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with the team through planning, standups, and design discussions.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across a distributed systems stack.
- Present your project and learnings to the broader engineering team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and at least one modern programming language.
- Coursework or projects involving backend systems, mobile development, or distributed systems is a plus.
- Genuine curiosity about sync, networking, and offline-first systems.
- Comfortable asking questions, taking feedback, and working through ambiguity.
- Able to work onsite in Atlanta for the full duration of the program.
