Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems and rapidly ship solutions.
- Own entire features end-to-end, including UX, design, context engineering, evaluations, and schemas.
- Influence architecture, technology choices, product direction, and engineering culture.
- Collaborate on product and business decisions as an active member of the founding team.
- Work with the Head of Parts Intelligence to encode repair knowledge into AI systems.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in voice AI, including Pipecat or Vapi.
- Experience or strong interest in AI agents, including Browserbase or the Vercel AI SDK.
- Experience or strong interest in multimodal AI reasoning.
- Prior experience founding a startup or interest in founding one in the future.
- Interest in working directly with blue-collar workers and real-world repair problems.
- Knowledge of how an engine works is a bonus, not a requirement.
