Base Salary
$103k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable autonomous multi-agent AI systems using Agentic AI, Claude, retrieval-augmented generation, LangGraph, LangChain, and Azure.
- Build responsive React and TypeScript user interfaces and scalable Java and Spring Boot enterprise services, microservices, and APIs.
- Integrate backend services and frontend applications with Claude APIs to deliver secure LLM-powered features and automated workflows.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to support prototyping, refactoring, testing, code reviews, and defect remediation.
- Optimize performance and data flow across frontend applications, backend services, and cloud-hosted LLM endpoints.
- Implement automated frontend and backend testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and JUnit.
- Establish secure coding, data privacy, architectural quality, and scalable engineering standards.
- Provide technical leadership and translate enterprise objectives into AI architecture and engineering roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, full-stack application development, DevOps, or related engineering disciplines.
- At least one year of hands-on experience designing and building production-grade LLM, Agentic AI, or multi-agent solutions.
- Strong full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, retrieval-augmented generation, LangGraph, LangChain, and Azure.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with LLM APIs and implementing secure, scalable AI-powered workflows.
- Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps practices, application security, data privacy, and production architecture.
- Experience providing technical leadership and translating enterprise objectives into scalable AI architecture and engineering roadmaps.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted software engineering tools is preferred.
- Experience developing autonomous agents for coding, testing, code review, deployment, and other software development lifecycle activities is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology platforms, healthcare business processes, and claims adjudication is preferred.
- Experience optimizing React frontends, Java microservices, and cloud-based LLM platforms is preferred.
- Experience driving enterprise adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted engineering practices is preferred.
