Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and architecture for the Online Stores team.
- Mentor and guide engineers in developing scalable solutions.
- Drive best practices for engineering excellence and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across the company.
- Create and implement medium to long-term technical strategies.
- Contribute code to complex projects and address engineering challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in developing web-based production systems.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development.
- Experience in building and implementing long-term technical strategies.
- Ability to create effective designs for complex problems.
- Significant experience with multiple programming languages, especially Java.
- Effective communication skills for providing impactful feedback.
