Base Salary
$230k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, technical strategy, and tradeoffs for ML-based products.
- Design and improve user-facing model-based experiences, including agentic control, conversational interactions, and information retrieval.
- Develop infrastructure for rapidly developing, evaluating, and deploying models.
- Optimize inference pipelines for latency, reliability, and concurrency.
- Set technical direction and lead execution for a focused team while collaborating with ML/AI engineers, infrastructure engineers, designers, founders, backend engineers, and iOS engineers.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of machine learning experience.
- Experience shipping ML-based products.
- Experience with large-language-model evaluation and post-training.
- Comfort writing production-grade software.
- Experience setting technical direction and driving execution with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in audio or voice ML is a plus.
- Passion for human-computer interaction.
