Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical member of the Solutions Architecture team supporting customer success on AWS.
- Lead technical solution discussions and design scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
- Help customers understand cloud best practices, migrate workloads, and adopt appropriate AWS technologies.
- Create proofs of concept, demos, and scripts from scratch or by leveraging reusable components.
- Gather customer feedback to influence AWS products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, services, marketing, operations, partner, and professional services teams to address customer needs and drive AWS adoption and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience creating proofs of concepts, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or using reusable components.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Preferred broad technology experience spanning cloud architecture, application development, relational and NoSQL databases, analytics, machine learning, networking, security, storage, DevOps, containers, serverless, management and monitoring, cloud migrations, and IT transformation.
- Preferred experience architecting or designing cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Preferred thought leadership through public speaking and/or publications.
- Proficiency in Indonesia-Bahasa, including speaking, writing, and comprehension.
