Responsibilities
- Enhance systems to align with evolving business requirements.
- Maintain applications and infrastructure in accordance with service level agreements.
- Define and review technical requirements covering integration, performance, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor key performance indicators.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement.
- A minimum of 1 experience in relevant related skills.
- High School Diploma or GED in a relevant field of study.
- Advanced Build Management is preferred.
- Intermediate problem-solving, communication, process improvement, and collaboration skills are preferred.
