Responsibilities
- Implement automation and orchestration within ServiceNow to streamline security operations.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems and security tools.
- Participate in vendor management and coordinate delivery of ServiceNow-related services.
- Provide transparency of workflows and integrations through metrics and reporting.
- Stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and security best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of security processes and tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, APIs, and scripting languages.
- Track record of resolving technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment across teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification is a plus.
- Security certifications (CISM, CISSP, GIAC) are a plus.
