Base Salary
$77k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance application systems related to Agentic AI and Generative AI.
- Analyze applications, code, and requirements to identify enhancements, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
- Design, implement, install, and support programming solutions and customer-facing systems.
- Perform application testing and debugging.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups to recommend solutions and resolve issues.
- Oversee execution, review outputs, address delivery gaps, and ensure quality and timeline standards.
- Coach new or lower-level analysts and provide guidance to team members.
- Apply independent judgment to evaluate complex situations, manage risks, and make day-to-day delivery decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Agentic AI or Generative AI.
- Intermediate-level experience in applications development.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing requirements.
