Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and implement AI-assisted workflows across engineering, design, operations, supply chain, and business teams.
- Test and optimize prompt variations and maintain reusable prompt libraries, templates, and best-practice guides.
- Write how-to guides and quick-reference documentation and facilitate AI enablement sessions for non-technical teams.
- Research, evaluate, and benchmark emerging AI trends, models, tools, and business use cases.
- Develop Python scripts and lightweight integrations to automate workflows and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Build and maintain evaluation suites with curated golden test sets to assess AI output accuracy, relevance, and groundedness.
- Conduct red-teaming, edge-case probing, and spot-checks to establish guardrails against hallucinations and non-compliant outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience and a demonstrable portfolio of AI experiments or automations.
- Proficiency in Python scripting, lightweight automation, Git, and GitHub.
- Hands-on prompt engineering across modern foundation models.
- Practical experience with AI evaluation methodologies and frameworks such as DeepEval, Promptfoo, or Ragas.
- Working knowledge of LLM observability and tracing tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse.
- Experience with red-teaming, failure-mode discovery, edge-case testing, reusable prompt libraries, workflow orchestration, systems integration, or structured golden evaluation datasets is preferred.
