Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to requirements analysis, architecture, design, implementation, testing, and delivery across the software development lifecycle.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient software systems for Dell’s high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with Dell product and manufacturing teams on server and storage platforms.
- Learn, apply, and help shape Agentic AI technologies for development, testing, and manufacturing workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship while promoting engineering excellence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, coding, and debugging complex, scalable systems.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, programming languages, operating systems, and system-level concepts.
- Exposure to multiple programming languages, operating systems, databases, tools, and hardware platforms.
- Understanding of system-, network-, operating-system-, and application-level interactions.
- Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and platforms through training and hands-on experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience with manufacturing, test automation, embedded systems, firmware, BIOS, or device-level software is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development or automation workflows is a plus.
